We've been making a delivering bikes to customers all over the world for 10 years. We've developed our own specialist packaging and bike box, made from recycled cardboard and minimal plastic, ensuring your bike arrives in perfect condition.
Bike delivery costs & options
We are a UK based company, and all of our orders will be sent directly from our workshop. We've got a few delivery options to choose from:

Non-Bike delivery costs & options
All non-bike delivery options cover parts, accessories, framesets and apparel and can be home delivery or collect from store.

Further Information
All of our bikes, parts and accessories can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or refund.
We offer a 30 day return period for all our bikes because the best way to know if the bike is right for you is to get out and ride it. Please note that it's easiest to return bikes directly to us at one of our stores. If this isn't possible, then we can arrange a collection from your address.
You can test ride your bike within this period, but please make sure to take good care of it. If you decide to return it, make sure it's clean and in it's original packaging and box.

No. As we have our own warehouse in Germany, all of our bikes for the European market are already in the European Union, therefore you will have no additional taxes or duties to pay.
